Lilith Survey Ends, Thank You Everyone!

Thank you very much to all of the Lilith fans who participated in the Lilith 2010 Survey. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and your thoughts and experiences will be deeply considered as we work to improve Lilith for 2011. We look forward to having you there!

Lilith 2010: More Than 90 Acts Come Together And $500,000 Raised For Charities

With plans currently in motion to bring LILITH to other countries beginning with a “Taste of Lilith” set for this October in Australia, the North American LILITH ’10 recently wrapped a 23-city run described by the CHICAGO TRIBUNE as an “admirably diverse musical smorgasbord that included folk, contemporary soul and hard rock.”  Having proven that “after a 10-year absence, it's still a viable tour…,” (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER), LILITH ’10 also honored their ongoing commitment to fundraising with more than $500,000 donated to local and national organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Chugg Entertainment, in conjunction with Nettwerk Music Group, is thrilled to announce that after much media speculation, multi Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter and original founder of Lilith Fair, Sarah McLachlan, is confirmed to return to Australia in October with ―A Taste of Lilith.

The organizers of the 2010 Lilith Tour would like to thank each and every one of you for your support and enthusiasm around Lilith's return. Despite some of the hardships that we faced this summer, Sarah McLachlan, the tour's organizers, the artists and everyone on the road still had an amazing experience and we are thrilled to have shared it with you. We are also happy to report that we raised over $500,000 for our Social initiatives both Locally and Nationally, which would not have been possible without you.

As the Lilith Organizers begin to plan for Lilith’s return in 2011 (yes, Lilith will be back!), they’d like to ask you, the fans, for some general feedback. Sarah And Friends In Atlanta This Week For Very Special Performance

The 2010 Lilith Tour comes to an end tomorrow in DC, but Sarah McLachlan will be stopping in Atlanta this Thursday, August 5 for a show unlike any other. Sarah and friends will perform two sets, Sarah sitting in on songs by her guest performers, followed by a second set of Sarah's greatest hits and from her recently released and critically-aclaimed album, Laws Of Illusion.

Line-Up Announcement For New York and Hartford Shows

In light of Selena Gomez's recent show cancellations, which include Lilith dates on 7/31 in Holmdel, NJ and 8/1 in Hartford, CT, the following additions have been made to the line-ups:

Suzanne Vega will now appear at the 7/31 Holmdel, NJ show at the PNC Bank Arts Center.

Ingrid Michaelson will now appear at the 8/1 Hartford, CT show at the Comcast Theatre.

SELENA GOMEZ CANCELS CONCERT DATES THIS WEEK DUE TO VOCAL CHORD STRAIN

Actress/Singer Selena Gomez has been forced to cancel three concert dates scheduled over the next week due to strained vocal chords. Gomez’s physician has ordered her to vocal rest and no traveling on airplanes for the next week. Gomez will miss shows in Harrington, Delaware at the Delaware State Fair and two Lilith Fair Tour dates in Holmdel, NJ and Hartford, CT.

Lilith Local Talent Search Winners In Florida Unite For "Fill-ith Fair 2010"

Lilith Local Talent Search/Ourstage.com finalists in the Tampa, FL area have come together for a special show at Tampa's PLAY.  Beginning at 6:00 PM on August 11, local up-and-comers Ashley Jones, Halcyon, Rebekah Pulley, Someday Souvenir, Maggie Council, Shunda K and The Spells will hold "Fill-ith Fair 2010" to help fill the void of the cancelled Florida-area Lilith dates.  Attendees can bring their Lilith tickets to drink domestic draft beer free for the entire night.  Tickets are $10.  www.PLAYybor.com

LILITH 2010 LINE-UP ANNOUNCEMENT

Lilith organizers are saddened to announce Carly Simon had to withdraw from three Lilith Fair dates (Boston, July 30; New York City, July 31; and Hartford, Aug 1) for medical reasons. Last week, Simon suffered an injury by seriously fracturing and breaking her foot, which will prevent her from performing at these shows. Everyone on the Lilith tour wishes Simon a speedy recovery. Meanwhile, look for information on updated line-ups for these three dates to be announced in the coming days.
